About Event

ABHIKALPAN is the annual technical fest of IIITDM Jabalpur, an institute which boasts of technical superiority and innovation in what it builds. It’s central India’s biggest technical extravaganza for creating, nurturing and fueling one’s interest in various domains of computer science, robotics, electronics, gaming and design. In conjunction with the various technical events, various informal events keep the fest alive.

• This year, the theme of Abhikalpan 2018 is “Alchemy”. We all strive to attain perfection and balance in our lives and create big and significant changes by making small contributions from our part. Every small event that occurs and its end products contribute to the success of our fest.
• Abhikalpan constitutes of a plethora of events hosted by the numerous technical clubs of the Institute. The spectrum of technical clubs range from the fundamentals of Robotics to the uncharted mysteries of Astronomy
• The events put forward by each and every club would test the knowledge of the participants about the particular topic and also their sheer hard work to step up, give their best and steal the show.
• The events that invite the footfall of thousands include Robowar, Circuit master, Brand presentation, Astronomy quiz amongst others.
